Toss up between a little Mexican restaurant in Cuba, New Mexico on my sister trip with Heidi 2 years ago or Hell’s Kitchen on our sister trip this last year.

What is the biggest life lesson you have learned?

You have to just be kind and let people make their own choices and decisions even if it isn’t what I think may be best for them.

What is the farthest you have ever traveled from home?

Not sure which is further – Yukon, Alaska, or the Bahamas, both about the same distance away.

What is your favorite book?

This changes year by year, but my favorite so far is probably “Before We Were Yours” It’s a hard choice because I read a lot.

What is the most unusual thing you've ever eaten?

I’m not super daring when it comes to eating, so probably Ceviche.
