Here comes Christmas, ready or not! I'm pretty much finished with shopping and now just need to wrap (or gift bag) those presents! It's my least favorite job, but I always love seeing the pretty packages when I'm all finished! I've been enjoying the Christmas lights SO much, that warm glow just makes everything feel cozy in the evenings. I've never been great at capturing them in a photo, but I've vowed to master it this year with my iPhone! I've been reading up and wanted to share some tips that I have found helpful!
Here are some tips on taking photos of Christmas lights with your phone!
- Dusk right before it gets completely dark is going to be the best time of day to capture the perfect twinkly light photo.
- Make sure that your flash is off and night mode is turned on.
- Brace yourself or use a tripod to cut down on shake. Or if all else fails find a bench or something solid to sit your phone on. You can even use the timer!
