Unbelievably school started back in our area earlier in August! While I do not have a school age child these days I remember the excitement so well. Shopping for the perfect backpack, new shoes, and the perfect first day outfit. The anticipation of meeting the new teacher and classmates. The tears on the first day, ok ok, those were usually mine lol!
I thought it would be fun to highlight some BACK TO SCHOOL layouts for this month's designer tip. Hopefully you'll gain some inspiration as you start your own school year album!

I loved this idea of grabbing a photo in front of the school sign and documenting it with the grade / year!
The chalkboard idea is fantastic, what a great way to document the first day!
