Patty & Diane both live in Blair, Nebraska.  A small mid-western community about 20 miles north of Omaha.  Both live on acreages with large gardens and a host of wild animals that regularly "walk through".  We are not literally "over the fence" from each other but we are close enough to be at each other's doorstep in 10 minutes. What is your favorite holiday? Patty: That would be Christmas, my whole family usually gets together. Diane: I think Thanksgiving.  I love all the wonderful food and family. If you could live anywhere, where would it be? Patty: I am very happy where I am!  There is not a better place for me. Diane: I love our home and beautiful tree filled property.  I know Jim will not be able to keep it up sometime in the future, but for now, this is the best place to be. Tell us something on your bucket list. Patty: I want to learn how to tat: make lace with thread and bobbins. Diane: I want to learn how to knit! (Oh how Patty and Diane are alike!) How do each of you describe the other? Patty: Diane is a dear, sweet friend.  She lives just a couple of miles away, and even if we don't see each other for a while, she is still close to my heart.  She and her DH, and me and my DH get along together quite well. Diane: Patty is a generous and kind friend whom I can always count on.  If I need anything, I know she will come through.  Patty has an infectious laugh and a beautiful smile; I am lucky to count her as my friend.
