Hi
Could you do a short video on what to do to install any new templates/kits once downloaded? I've downloaded a couple, clicked on them, went through the install screen but when I open my MM none of them ever show under Designer Templates.

I'm having the same problem as Riette. Also, where do Quick pages that are downloaded end up and how do I access them?

I'm also having the same problem finding the downloaded items.

Hi!! When you download the kit/pack/template files, make sure you double-click them (if you've chosen the Mac or PC option) and they will auto install. You should see them go through the auto-install steps. Once they have completed self-installation you should find them in your software. For background papers, click on the BACKGROUND PAPERS tab on the right-hand side Control Panel, then click on TEMPLATE. There you will see your Category list, double-click on the category heading your kit will fall under (if you need to know the category, pull up the kit you bought on the MyMemories.com website and refer to the bottom right hand corner of the listing and it will show the category) When you double-click the category heading you will see your kits each listed by name, double-click the name of your kit and you will see each paper listed there. For Embellishments, click on the EMBELLISHMENTS tab on the Control Panel, then click on ADD, you will see a similar Category list, double-click the correct Category heading and you will see your kits listed by name there, etc. For DESIGNER TEMPLATE kits that you download, click on CREATE FROM DESIGNER TEMPLATE from the New Album Options screen when you are creating a new project and you will see your Designer Templates (the kits that come with pre-designed pages) there! Kits that have Designer Template pages will have the word "template" in their title on the website!
Here is also a link to the "Getting Started with MMS" video that might help a bit to see it work also! Hope that helps! ♥ Lisa J.

There is also a quick tutorial video that I did for using *Quick Pages* in MMS - and it shows the basic steps for finding things on the site, downloading and installing - and then locating things in the software at the beginning so it might be helpful!
